Yes Supply of Water through tankercome under the provision of TDS & applicable rate was similar to payment to Contractor & Sub Contractors & some people treat it as 94IA means they deduct TDS as rent for water tanker in both cases rate of TDS 1% for Individual & HUF and 2% for others.
