Appointment of 1st Auditor

First auditor shall be appointed by BOD shall appoint first auditor within 30 days of registration of Company.
If BOD fails to appoint first auditor members shall within 90 days at EGM appoint first auditor.
Tenure: Till conclusion 1st Of AGM

First auditor shall be appointed by CAG within 60 days of registration of Company.
If CAG fails- BOD shall appoint within next 30 days.
If BOD fails —Members shall appoint first auditor within 60 days.
Tenure : Till conclusion Of 1st AGM

Appointment of Subsequent Auditor

At 1st AGM, every Company shall appoint individual or Firm as an auditor.
Tenure: Till conclusion Of 60' AGM and there after till conclusion of every 6th AGM.
Company shall inform the auditor Of his appointment and file a notice in the form ADT-1 Of such appointment with ROC within 15 days of meeting of appointment.
Before an appointment Company shall obtain written consent from auditor and a certificate from auditor and certificate from auditor w.r.t satisfaction of criteria of section 141

Appointment in respect Of a FY shall be made by
CAG within 180 days from commencement of FY
who shall hold office Till conclusion of next AGM (AGM to be concluded in next F Y).
