Excel Shortcut keys

If you want to work smartly and show off like you are expert in excel and you can work without mouse  you can use the shortcut below:

(1.) Find and Replace
When you need to replace some of word in the sheet just press the below key

Ctrl + H: Find & Replace

(2.) Insert Hyperlink
When you need to some link in the sheet so, that when you click the linked word the linked file open

Ctrl + K: Insert Hyperlink

(3.) New Workbook
Open new fresh workbook, whether in word or in Excel just press the below key

Ctrl + N: Create fresh workbook or sheet

(4.) Open file option
When you want to open the files option whether in Excel or Word click the following

Ctrl + O: File in Option

(5.) Close the Current workbook
When you have saved the file and still on the work book just press the below option to close at once in excel and in words.

Ctrl + W: Close current workbook

(6.) Hide and Unhide ribbon
When you need more work space and not need more option to show press

Ctrl + F1: Hide and unhide ribbon in excel and word

(7.) Changes the format of the selected cells.
When you want to change the format Cells like numeric, general, symbols, currency

Ctrl + 1: Changes the format of the selected cells

(8.) Bold the text
When you need highlighted key so the easily recognised on focus words.

Ctrl + B or Ctrl +2: Bold the text

(9.) Italics in all cells
When you want words in italics format click the following key

Ctrl + 3 or Ctrl + I: Italic the word

(10.) Select entire raw at once
To select all the raw at once press the button as

Shift + Tab button: Select entire raw at once

(11.) Select entire Column
Select entire all the column at once press

Ctrl + Tab Key: Select entire column

(12.) Insert Current Date
Insert the current Date in the workbook click

Ctrl + Alt + D: Insert Current Date

(13.) Insert Current Time
Insert Current Time in the current workbook press

Ctrl + Alt + T: Insert Current Time

(14.) Insert Row or column
Insert row or column in spread sheet

Ctrl + (+ key): Insert row or column

(15.) Insert Filter
To insert filter firstly select the cell in which you need to insert filter

           Ctrl + T or Ctrl + L or Ctrl + Shift + L
